Yeah this Salvation Army is a little rough around the edges, but if you hunt you will find. I always score some sweet deals each time I wander in here. I consider myself a pretty avid thrifter and this is my favourite second hand store. Prices are are way cheaper than Value Village, and the selection is comparable. There's a decent book and clothing section. Housewares and furniture aren't as bountiful but gems do still lurk. I was just here the other day and bought a Sigg bottle, authentic Guinness mug, lululemon tee, cardigan from an Urban Outfitters brand, and a couple other tops (everything in brand new condition) for pennies. The t-shirts were all like $3.99 and the long sleeves/sweaters were all around $5.99. Yes the store is a tad on the small side, compared to the VV's to the west, but bigger ain't always better --am I right ladies!?
