  • From the beginning all the experience seem to be all wonderful, we were almost too happy about the whole process. Our loan officer, Mike offered us the sky and stars and sounded like he knew what he was doing...well not, after dealing for about 2 months, between not getting the paperwork timely and them knowing what we were looking for- loan officer forgot to mention the restrictions or possible difficulties we could have buying a "condo" ...which now researching outside, learn that the loan will be approved base on HOA financial stability. ...but this never was mentioned. 1st time going through home buying and not having a knowledgeable loan officer....well a dissaster! Jake and mike didnt not meet the high expectations that everyone else on the reviews talk about...Nevermind getting a loan from them!!!!
