Reservations are a must, my boyfriend called in on a Monday (6 days before) and we could only get a 8:30pm time slot. The restaurant isn't very big but the space is quaint and comfortable. The chicken and waffles were a must try - it was a good balance of sweet and salty. The INSP burger was huge but nothing too special, it was heavy given the combination of a beef patty and pork belly. I would definitely recommend upgrading the fries to pulled pork or duck confit! Service was on point and food arrived quite fast, I would come back to try other stuff even though the menu is limited as others mentioned.
