This would be the fifth best tapas bar I've ever been to if I had only ever been to five tapas bars. Man, I hate complaining on Yelp. But Tapas Papa Frita made me do it. I'll keep it short:
Food: Not particularly good. Nothing offensive, but all of the flavor was muddy and dull.
Drinks: Sangria came in a lowball glass (wut) and was a Oliver Twist level stingy serving. Like, dude. I did not pay $10 for 5 oz. of drink.
Service: The waiter was uncomfortably gushy, but after we order we didn't see him again. We were barreled at breakneck speed through our meal and then left to wait on the check for fifteen minutes while our waiter talked with his co-workers at the bar.
Also, the menu design was terrible. But also, they had mints on the way out which is why they got a 2 star instead of 1 star.
