  • Just received a call cancelling my appt for THE SECOND TIME ..I had booked for last Friday, received a call cancelling that due to stylist being sick. Rebooked for today...Just got a call...stylist sick...(not the same girl).. Really really bad customer service on their part. Never going back and spreading the word to family & friends who have either gone or might consider going. I'm also calling the owner about this !!
