  • Worst service ever!!! Waited to get helped and when the employees didn't have a upsell they ignored you. Then Marianne called my name wrong twice. Then she called my name Dave and said how can i help you. I told her my wife and i got divorced and I wanted to help her out and put the service under her name. Can we get the new account with new service and get the lower rate? She told us we we scamming the system and laughed in our face. Every time I tried to explain she shook her head and said no. So I said I want to cancel service. Have been a cox client for about 10 years or more. Wow. Poor customer service and bad attitude employee.
