  • If you are looking for the most uncaring unprofessional and the worst service in the industry, then Drop Shades is your choice. Six months ago they installed the shades and it worked great, but as soon as It rained they won't work. To make matters worse it trips off the garage door, door bell and garage lights. I called them several times and was eventually told someone will call me. I'm am still waiting. It's been 2 weeks. The dumb installers connected if to the GFI instead ic running if to the electrical panel. It cost me $500 by an electrician to correct the issue. I would certainly not recommend them. They should not be in business ic they can't provide the correct and appropriate service. They don't realize that these negative feedback reviews will affect their business.
