  • I have gone to this locations several time in the past for various different items. A couple of times those items would be things such as oil that I would need help putting into my car. One of the reasons I love this location is because somebody is always willing to help me with the funnel and the oil. However, when I stopped in there today and was getting the oil, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could come out and please help me put the quart of oil into my Mercedes. He told me that he was not allowed to do that. When I informed him that employees had helped me in the past he said yes and all of them had been fired for that reason. I left without purchasing anything but voiced my opinion to him to let him know that I did not think that he was providing great customer service, especially when there was no one else in the store as far as customers go.
