  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT EVEN ONE STAR WORTHY. How can this company still be in business when they have zero customer service??!! USAA Roadside Assistance set this up (can't believe they would have this company in their list of referrals)...quoted 90 min and then waited over 3 hours and they never showed; rescheduled the next day and waited over an hour before calling usaa to send another company.
