  • I simply called this place and got LAUGHED at when I asked about engravings. Yes, it is 9 days before Christmas.. but customers don't really appreciate getting laughed at when you simply ASK about engravings. He then proceeded to tell me to bring it on in and they could "SEE if they could possibly do something about it." Rude is all I gotta say.. very rude.
