  • Lived here for little under a year(2014-2015) and I liked living there a lot! did not want to leave but had to due to a new job. The grounds where clean as was my apartment when I first moved in. The staff was always nice and extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed them. The maintenance staff was excellent and most of the time if I needed anything fixed(rarely) it was fixed the same day! There was a gate for the entrance which was nice because the community felt more secure and it was never broken while I lived there. I had a garage and it was excellent and bigger than it looks from the outside. The price was fair and bills where low and I never had any hidden charges or fees added to my rent ever, it was all fair. All the appliances and features in the apartment always worked without any problems. I have lived in a lot of different places over the years and this is one of the best yet I have lived. If you are looking for a nice place away from the stripe but yet not to far away this is the best place for it!
