  • This place used to be amazing, but recently they've gotten "hot girl syndrome", meaning they don't try as hard cuz they're popular. My main complaint was the cashiers attitude. I like to drink my lattes out of a ceramic mug cuz it's part of the experience, it tastes better, and reduces trash.... but when I tried to ask her about the ceramic mug sizes, she didn't understand I was referring to those, and gave me attitude as if I'm stupid. And even if I did ask a stupid question, as a cashier it's your job to deal with ppls stupid questions and smile.... i did it for 2 years. Also they actually didn't have any ceramic mugs that day, and I think that's absolutely unacceptable for a indie coffee shop, even if your washing machine is down. You should wash one by hand if a customer asks for it.
