  • Ethan is nothing short of amazing! What a class act. We set out with an idea in mind and he created something far better than I ever imagined it would look like. He is not only talented but such a pleasure to work with. Completely different than going into a regular retail store. Tried that with several other places and then thankfully found Louis XV. Difference is night and day. Typical retail jewelers made me feel frustrated and being a professional business woman, know when I'm being fed a line to sell me something. I cannot tell you enough how thankful I am that we found Ethan. He is the real deal. No sales pitch, just an honest guy that is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the entire experience really actually enjoyable. No pressures, just wants you to get what you want. Even though he has clientele from around the world, he makes you feel like you are his only client. He knows what he is doing and you can be trusted it will be a good solid design. He doesn't cut corners. It was a pleasure and honor to work with Ethan and creating a dream ring for us, as well as an experience to remember. He was so helpful I cannot thank him enough. He is a class act and I would not hesitate doing business with this man again. In fact I can honestly say I will never buy any piece of jewelry anywhere else. It is comforting to know a place that you can have the confidence that you will be well taken care of. He has restored my faith that there are still those people around! Thank you Ethan! We love you!
