  • This place is a joke. Months ago I took an S3 in for a screen replacement. 11 days later the replacement screen (which was a different color than my phone) broke. I took it in to see if they would honor the posted 30 day warranty; and surprise surprise they would not!!! They claimed it was something I did and not a malfunction or install issue. Don't trust these guys, they're all about the $$$!!! I was even told by a manager and I quote "we don't care if you do a bad review online, and eventually you'll stop caring about this and leave us alone" Mind boggling how these people stay in business. Actually, I guess I can answer my own question: if your ripping people off and getting away with it you can keep your doors open. Hahaha these guys are clowns!!!
