  • Where do I even begin. How about the office manager, Gina, who is Dr Kris DiNucci's wife. This is where my problem starts and where it ends. This women is impossible. I have attempted to cancel my appointment with this facility for two days prior to my appt. There is no after hours voicemail to leave a message on and here we are the day of and I finally get to cancel it and now she is insisting I pay $50 to cancel because it's the same day as my appointment. I explained the situation and was advised by her that she and Dr DiNucci agree I should be charged. I advised them that I would come in and show them my attempted that are displayed on my outgoing calls on my cell phone to prove to them all my attempts. Well guess what they don't care. They are money hungry people. They said they are going to bill me $50 regardless. I tried to explain all of this with her over the phone and Gina was so disrespectful talking over me as though I wasn't even talking, started to scream at me because I asked her to stop interrupting me and let me finish talking and then she hung up. Who in the world does she think she is. I am the patient and she is acting like a child. I was shocked. Well I just contacted Gary Harper from Channel 3 On Your Side and now we will see. I'm getting all mine and my children's established records from over the past 11 years and I'm done with this practice. Word from the wise, RUN!
