  • I'm very surprised of all the negative comments left for this facility. I have met practically everyone from the front desk (Angie) to their in-house Physical Therapist (Jennifer) in the back office and everyone seems to be quick to respond to my needs as a patient. The doctors and therapist were very professional and very accommodating to my concerns. I have called (change appointments) to see how fast they can answer and everything was done in 2 minutes. I even requested for them to email all my upcoming appointments and they did in a reasonable amount of time. The check-in was a no hassle and Angie made sure the paperwork was ready right when I am about to check out. I must say, even though my company had other alternatives, this facility has impressed me. The very reason I went to this US HEALTHWORKS was because I was referred by a co-worker who was also impressed by their service. KUDOS to everyone! Keep it up!
