  • We were at a party in a penthouse that is selling for $2.5mm. The views were good - a bit too far from the strip though, the balcony was amazing, however the hot tub was a bit cheesy. The set up was very strange, the kitchen was completely closed off from the living area. It just didn't feel like $2.5mm. Perhaps that's because it's a unit that is rented out. My biggest pet peeve? No security, no key card needed. Now if I owned a unit on this floor I would be pissed off at all of the people that were coming and going from the party we attended. At that price I would prefer half the size, on strip, and big time security.
