  • After my horrible treatment by a postal employee at the Pebble office ,i came to the Sunset office. What a huge contrast in great customer service. One gentleman postal empoyee was going around the line checking in on everyone online for a smoother service. The lady at the counter was very nice ,patient and helpful. This is now the only post office I will go to for now on. I will have to drive far but it will be worth it. Who wants to go to a post office where the workers are rude mean and nasty, like the ones at Pebble office. Thank you Sunset Post office for your outstanding service !!!
