  • The flagship American Apparel lives up, and surpasses, expectations. This location stakes claim to 2 titles: the largest sales floor, and backstock AA in the city; meaning if you're after an ever-elusive-piece (circa mid 2000s), there is a very strong chance that it will be nestling somewhere in their stock room! In the circumstances where they do not have the item in stock, the sales staff are very prompt in offering to ship it in store for you; it seems that stores are given priority shipping for items, so it should only take a matter of 2 -3 business days to receive. (For anyone who avidly shops online, that's basically express shipping - $14 on their web store - for free! I love going into this location because everyone who works here has their own distinct and amazing style, they'll even style outfits for you, which is an A+ in my books. If you want styling tips but are too awkward to ask directly, me too friend, then the mannequins are also a great point for reference; even the displays and mannequins are dressed better than I will ever be. *sigh* Best American Apparel in Toronto - hands down.
