Disservice department. Bought a new car here in May and have a safety issue with it. It's July 26th and there's no appointments until August 7th. Nice.
Had filled out a negative survey on my purchasing experience. General Manager left me a voicemail. I called him twice and emailed him twice. Never got a response. I actually went in there one day to talk to him and was told to have a seat and he would be with me. After waiting thirty minutes I inquired at the desk. Was told he wasn't even there. Awesome.
