| - If you're in the market for a car, go elsewhere.
I purchased a used car from them last year. When I bought the car I told them the power mirrors and locks didn't work - those issues were never fixed. I told them about the car idling really rough when I took it for a test drive and, after glancing under the hood, they told me it was normal for that kind of car. It turned out to be a loose engine torque mount bolt, which I only discovered after it broke and had to be repaired.
The day after the check for the down payment cleared, the starter failed on the car and had to be replaced. Since then, I've had nothing but problems. I have had to replace the harmonic balancer, the power steering pump, and the rack and pinion.
In addition to that, one of the employees messed up the paperwork. He listed my middle name as my last name and after trying to fix the problem three times, I finally had to sign a form saying that it was an alias. Plus, they sent the wrong set of papers to my cosigner in another state. Twice.
Seriously, just go anywhere else. It's not worth it.
