  • Very poor. Called at 7:30 for repair on air unit. Receptionist said they would call back this morning. Lanz called at 9:00 and said they would be there this afternoon between 12 and 5. Purposely stayed at home...and they did not show at 12,1,2,3 or 5. I called again at 5 pm, and was told to "..be patient, the tech will be there, we work evenings too.". Gave up at 9 pm. They never called or emailed me at all. Bad enough not to show up when promised, but not even a call. I expected them to call me the next morning, but no call. Called another competitor and they came within 2 hours and fixed.
