rev:text	DO NOT REMT FROM HERE! The worst car rental experience ever!! They have just one shuttle to pick people up and so we had to wait for the car shuttle for 30 mins, in the cold weather. The driver was professional and welcoming. The person we interacted with for the actual rental was arrogant and snobbish. We were asked to show our insurance policy, coverage documents and what not. They overcharged us more than what we had paid in advance and when asked said we had to talk to carrental.com and that verve is not responsible. Although we paid for a full-size car, we only got a Nissan Versa because they did not have a full-size car available. We tried to reason with the guy but gave up because we did not want our mood to be spoiled. The car smelled really really bad. It was also one of the most primitive models ever. They had a charging slot which wouldn't charge and the USB port did not work and so we couldn't connect music. The only thing functional was the radio.
