  • I took in my 2013 Toyota Venza for an oil change and winter tire installation. This is my second time I took it in (Last time it was July for oil change). I have nothing but great things to say about the way I was treated as a customer. Customer service guys Bryce and Sean were extremely helpful and informative, making clear exactly what needed to be done and even giving me options. They told me how much the work was going to be, and I was satisfied with the way it was explained to me beforehand. And the owner (Seumas? I believe) knows A LOT about cars. He's a professionally trained mechanic himself and he's passionate about vehicles. It took about 30-45 minutes so I waited in the lounge. The place is equipped with free Telus wifi, a Keurig coffee machine, and a water cooler/dispenser. I appreciate this because I could just carry on with my remote work uninterrupted. I see a review stating the owner is a total scam artist. I find that very hard to believe, knowing how sincere and professional he is. He's calm and collected and he is not going to argue with you if you get emotional like this reviewer. In conclusion let me just state that I would bring my vehicle to these guys at any time and recommend them to my friends.
