  • I have been coming here for years, and never experienced any issues. I specifically told the lady that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not too thin. I repeated myself once more to reiterate that I DID NOT want pencil thin eyebrows, and she acknowledged me but wasn't really listening. She "finished" but one eyebrow was thinner than the other, so she told me that she could fix the other one to make them even. Obviously not what I wanted, but I wasn't paying for two different eyebrows. She started working on my eyebrow again and left me with a very uneven form (see pictures). If I could pick a lower rating I would. A sincere apology should have been the least they could do, but they were not even capable of doing that. Hollywood Eyebrows usually does a good job, but I would suggest going to a DIFFERENT LOCATION.
