  • My first time at Big O Tire. I had a promotion lube discount including tire rotation so after reading these reviews I decided to go to that location and I am very happy, I did. Call in the morning for an appointment, they had an opening at 1 pm. Got there on time, the car went in at 1:20, they completed all the work an I left at 2:12 pm. They noticed an anomaly with the brakes and discussed the issue with me, not trying to get any extra work or money, just a prevention advise. The technician that work on my car took the time to torque the bolts on the tires manually and to wipe the door handle after he finished, so I can truthfully say they appear to be very conscientious. I will returned there any doubt and also if I'm shopping for tires I will certainly see them for an estimate. Thank you guy.
