  • Lemongrass was my favorite pho place in town for years. Recently, several friends and I stopped by and to say I was disappointed in our experience would be understated at best. The smell of cleaner upon entering was so strong, i asked to sit at another table. We didn't recognize the staff so I'm not certain if they're under new management, but the server was incredibly rude during our time there. My boyfriend came to join us and the server hardly gave him any time to order, and tried to take the menu away from him. It took forever to even get our appetizer, and we noticed that people who sat well after us were served their food before us. The lemongrass beef was one of my favorite dishes, that time, it was charred and not up to the quality that I expected it to be. When we went up to pay, we had asked for the cash to be applied first with the remainder to be paid on the card. He ignored us and pointed to the minimum ten dollar credit sign, which wouldn't have been an issue but he was very rude about it so rather than putting some cash towards our bill first and dealing with the attitude, I just put it all on the card. It is an absolute shame to see the quality in service go down so drastically from where it used to be, and I will never go back.
