  • I'm new to the area and a friend recommended me to New Look after some guy hit my car. My expectations were blown away both in the actual repair to the vehicle and in the extra mile they went on cleaning the inside of my car. It was very filthy when I left it for them so to get it back in such a fresh, clean state just made my day. I seriously recommend using New Look even if they are outside your insurance's recommended providers list. State Farm didn't list them but they still had to pay the full repair cost quoted by New Look and all you really have to deal with is a few seams in the process (having to wait for checks instead of insurance paying them directly and instantaneously). The repair was also pretty fast!
