  • I found a car that I had liked on TrueCar, little did I know that was going to have someone call me multiple times after I wasn't interested. Robert -don't remember his last name- wouldn't stop calling me after I repeatedly declined his phone calls. I was interested in one car, and they didn't even have it so he continued to try and show me cars that I wasn't even interested in. I repeatedly said I wanted a 2016 Cherokee, and kept trying to show me 2018's, even out of my price range. Saying how he could get me a good deal over and over. I get that it is almost the end of the month, I've worked in a dealership before, but this kind of persistence is obnoxious and downright rude. He called me 7 times within 2 days, even after saying I didn't have time to look at cars. I will be taking my business elsewhere that won't hound me. PS: I had to BLOCK his number so he would leave me alone! Go somewhere else like Heggs or Tempe!
