  • Horrible, Horrible, horrible customer service. One of the worst MAC stores I've been to. Associates walked past me and didn't greet me, or ask if I needed help or anything. Why choose to work with the public If you're not a people person? Artists were very snooty in my opinion. This store was out of stock on everything!!!! Wow...this was my first and last time coming to this store. Then after 5 minutes when I went to the register they asked me if I needed something??? Duh! That's why I'm standing here moron! Of course what I wanted was out of stock. The MAC in the Galleria Mall is so much better. Plus they always have what you want. I will not be returning to this low budget mall.
