| - If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I usually don't care if someone's service is not all that, but the service at this Target was beyond terrible. I purchased a costume online this evening for pick up in store and when I arrived after receiving the "ready for pick up" text message, not only did they not have my purchase ready and I had to wait for almost another 20 minutes, the team member "helping" me, tried to hide the fact that the costume was disgusting and dirty by handing it to me folded up. And that's the "whatever" part because I know that I can clean it myself, no problem. When I asked to get a clean one, she looked it up and asked someone to get her the size, but while I was waiting her and another associate started having a conversation about their personal drama with themselves and other associates. Their conversation progressed even after another associate told them to talk about this another time. They started speaking in Spanish as if I couldn't understand what they were saying. Not only that, they started cussing with me two feet away from them! It's time to rehire, Target, because your team is as messy as your store is.
