  • I've been coming here since it opened and I've always had the same good experience until yesterday when I had to return a purse that didn't work out for me..I made sure to return it within 14 days with the tags on but right when I mentioned return, without even looking at the purse, the aura of the two cashiers I was talking to changed from being cheerful and helpful to acting like I was bothering them. I went around to check if I saw something I liked so I can just do an exchange but it didn't work out like that. Just hope they would treat customers but other than that, the place is clean and nicely maintained and they have good selection.
