  • Less than one star!! For one thing they have separate appointments for the dentist and the hygienist so you cannot get a checkup and a cleaning in the same day. Incredibly inconvenient. On my second trip for the cleaning, the hygienist was late, condescending and rude. She fishhooked my mouth with her fingers to check if I had my wisdom teeth or molars.... BAD start. Did she think of asking me or explaining to me before jamming her fingers in my mouth? No! I have a lot of anxiety already with dentists and this lady did not help ease my fears. Then she didn't have all her tools in her tray even more delaying me actually getting the cleaning I was there for. 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time she finally gets started and she is roughly fishhooking my cheeks, banging her tools on my teeth as if she has an axe to grind. At that point I was thinking "what more pain is this sadist going to inflict on me?" So I asked her "why are you doing that? Banging things around, grabbing my cheek?" And then I got up and left. I will NEVER be going back to Aspen dental and I will be telling others of my experience!
