  • Please guys. Train your staff on proper customer service. Almost everybody from your security to your waitress need training. Or Atleast better staff morale. These people look miserable. It really rubs off on our experience. The washrooms are not maintained at the towel garbage is so full the wet used soggy towels are touching the towel dispenser itself. My waitress gave me the wrong order and blamed it on me. I told her that's not what I wanted and rolled her eyes and scoffed. I'm sorry I'm not paying for somethig I didn't order because you made a mistake. Nonetheless we ordered 2 tower of beer which sustained 4 people respectively. I'd come back here on a less busy day but wouldn't be a regular
