When I went in to book my tattoo, everything went good. One of the tattoo artists came over to do a sketch for me and he was really good at ensuring all my ideas were included. His drawing was awesome and I was so stoked to get it done. When I came in for my appointment, the person tattooing me was NOT the person that had drawn the tattoo for me. In fact, she had no idea that someone had done so. She was able to redraw most of the design but told me that she couldn't do certain things that the first guy had done. Her ideas consistently looked awful but I eventually settled because she was becoming annoyed. It felt as if she was working against me as she continually did the opposite of what I asked (I wanted dull greys and she used bright colors). The worst part is probably the horrendous shading or the fact that the lettering was quickly scribbled on. It looked so awful I cried over it. The tattoo has since healed but I will NOT be going back for touch ups, I'd rather pay someone else to do it right.
