  • After approximately 14 months renting with Oishi's I left there satisfied and happy. My recommendation to those who are going to rent with them is to be thorough when you report any damages on the lease agreement, communicate when issues come up, pay your rent on time, and be the tenant you would want if this was your business. My only recommendation to Oishi's is to move to an online payment system, even if they requires a convenience fee for the tenant - this would help out in times where we cannot mail or drop off a check.
