  • Took my car in, expecting bad news. Bad news was delivered, with tact and honesty. I'm a 25 year-old female from NY and have (nearly) been taken advantage of in these situations many times. Andy was honest with me about prices and needs. Recommended what he thought he should do for me and where I could possibly have the work done cheaper/more specialized. In the end, I decided that I was buying new. Andy did not charge me at all and even talked me through a few options in that realm. Good people.
