rev:text	Worst experience ever this is my first time taking my mother and my second time going the first time I went to go do my eyebrows this time my husband got me a $50 gift card for Christmas so I decided to go and take myself and my mother so when I when I got myself a pedicure for Thad eyebrows and my mothers manicure and eyebrows . Then I decided that I wanted to get my eyelashes inches since they were $35 I thought it was worth it but I thought wrong the lady who is the manager there told me that she didn't want me to do them because this was my first time I said that was no reason for her to do it so she went ahead and did it and then she told me not to shower or wash my face and until it's 24 hours so the next day I wake up and some of the lashes are coming off already so I immediately go and I asked her if there's anyway she could take them off and give me credit because they were hard and rough and they weren't on my eyelashes they were on my eyelids and I had paid almost $200 the day before I would think that she would be courteous enough that she's the manager/owner but she was completely rude ignored me and said she didn't want to talk to me and did not want to give me A refund or credit so she had told me to leave I waited an hour and she still didn't try to resolve the problem so right when I told her I was going to call the better bureau office she immediately said She would give me $15 credit I said no I had paid 35 I would like 35 credit back she said no either I take it or leave somewhere else that I didn't know how to take care of them that I don't know how and I said to her that what kind of service is she providing here and I told her to Also return my $2 tip I gave her she said i was a lier i didn't tip her I took pictures of her license and pictures of her she got up that took out her phone and started taking pictures of me so then I had told her that I was already going to call the better bureau office and she kicked me out worst service they're never going back again !! The manager is stupid and fucken rude af
