  • Responsive, Knowledgable, Fair! It was a friends referral that got me in touch with the Worlock company. I'm so grateful! They have rescued me a couple of times in the last 18 months as 10 year old home is needing AC attention. Being new to Arizona, its important to know who you are dealing with down here. Lots of companies - some good, some not so good! Worlock is great! Recently I had AT&T here installing a full security and control system in my home. The HVAC worker needed to know my AC design to install the remote controlled thermostat. Bill from Worlock returned my call in 5 minutes and even talked to the guy while he was in my home and gave him the proper direction. He actually remembered my unit and system and design. Last time he was here was months ago! Great extra touch! Thank you Worlock AC - you are a fine company!
