  • There is NO elevator which is extremely inconvenient especially when traveling with toddlers & a handicapped person. The Windows do not have screens & do not lock. The bathroom did not have towels or soap. I asked housekeeping who was a few doors down & she told me to go downstairs to ask the front desk. Not sure why someone couldn't drop them off?Worst of all...my sheets are dirty! Crusty boogers? Food? In my "clean" sheets. This is our first night here so I know it's not left from the kids! YUCK!!! Please see pictures for a glimpse at the rooms overall cleanliness. :\
