  • I stopped at Ashley's as a last resort. I needed a new mattress really bad and had just purchased 2 different ones from American Furniture Warehouse and they were killing me. When I walked in, Gabe Serrano met me at the door. I told him my story and took me back to the mattress section. I stipulated I wanted a extra firm (hard) mattress. After laying on some back there, I asked if there was anything firmer. He walked me through the store, bedroom setup to setup. I finally found one I thought would work. Laid on it for about 15 minutes. He professionalism and patience with me paid off. I love this mattress and have been sleeping so much better and my back pain has lessened. Thank God for someone with patience to help me find relief.
