  • Picked up an order here for a delivery service. They didn't begin preparing the order until I arrived, which was at least 15 min. after the order was placed. The woman at the register didn't speak any English and didn't know how to find the receipt. Once her manager found it for her and I began to walk back to my car, I realized they were missing the milkshake the customer had ordered. Went back in, the woman made the milkshake (no apologies for missing it in the first place). Then when I arrived at the home of customer, I discovered the lid was not secure on the milkshake and it had spilled all over the rest of the order. Then he realized they'd forgotten the fries as well (how does a fast food burger joint forget the fries?). I'd be surprised if he ever ordered from the delivery service again, but if he does, I hope he wouldn't order from Fatburger. He was a lot nicer about the whole thing than I had any right to expect, but I was pissed off for both of us. To sum up, they're careless, they don't care about customer service, and if they're not really stupid, they sure came across that way to me. I know lots of people love the brand, but take my word: DON'T order via delivery service if you want any hope of the employees actually getting your order right.
