  • I was truly expecting a better experience with fletcher jones. I normally deal with Mercedes Benz of Henderson for my personal vehicle because of convenience, they are right next to my house. I work at an auto body shop and I decided to give this place a try on a customer vehicle because it's closer to my shop. It was a simple request. A reprogram to a module that was replaced. I dropped the vehicle off and soon after I get a call from the sales rep stating they need 4-5 hours of labor to remove the bumper to diagnose the issue?! Right when I heard that I knew I was dealing with a shady operation. I picked up the vehicle and paid the hour of labor. The issue was then resolved with a simple reprogram by another vendor. I doubt I will ever do business with fletcher jones again. So I get a call from a women from fletcher jones promising to make right by refunding me the hour of labor. Only after sending her a copy of the invoice for the work done by the other vendor that reprogramed the vehicle, I did. I faxed it in and she calls me back saying she can not accept it because it stated he programmed the SRS module and not the so and so blah blah blah!! Why would I care about the technicalities on the invoice? The problem is fixed! Something that could of been done at the dealer but no I had to hire another vendor to do it! I also explained to her it was for a customer vehicle and the work was done and vehicle was released to a happy customer but I think she thinks I'm lying lol. Anyways, I'm not even upset over the hour of labor. I am happy to have learned a lesson out of this, not to deal with these people ever again.
