I can't get enough of Noble Bread. I am a trained Pastry Chef and just absolutely adore their Country bread loaf. It's crispy on the outside and has a fluffy and moist inside texture. Restaurants often serve Noble Bread and I never need to ask where it is from, I can just tell by the texture. I love coming here for lunch, it is so close to my office. I usually get the burrata on toast and it is so good! It's a little difficult to eat, but I find a way to finish every last bite. I have also tried the ham sandwich and that is very good as well.
