  • I called this place to buy a dishwasher. When I spoke to the sales rep he informed me they have "B stock" items that are open box product but are in 100% like new condition. I was skeptical so I asked several questions regarding the condition and was told "I will even walk by the machine to make sure its perfect." It finally arrived and had had dents and scratches all over it. It even had dents inside the unit. I refused the shipment and drove over to their location to pick out a new dishwasher. i saw their B stock items and most are complete junk. I picked out a unit that was in good condition (the only unit that didn't look like it fell of a truck). They came later that day and installed it. The unit wouldn't turn on! At that point I refused the shipment again and bought a dishwasher from Spencers (who was able to install the next day, a Saturday, and had a much better selection of stocked appliances). Then, it took All State appliance 3 weeks to refund me. I had called three times and each time was told "we'll process the refund today." That never happened so I eventually had to call Visa to reverse the charge. Horrible operation with these guys....
