  • Poor customer service when dealing with the Customer Service Center. I waited in line for excess of 15 minutes before an associate acknowledged I was present. Only one person working the counter while we listen to the Geek Squad laughing away in the back. Finally the opened the other register, but seriously what are the doing at the first one and why can't they acknowledge their customers before they lose all of us????? I would not return to this location for anything other than a purchase bc of poor customer service and long lines.
