  • This place is very crowded - but what do you expect in January??? They have all the varieties of aerobic (treadmills, ellipticals, etc....) downstairs. The machine and free weights are updstairs. Free clases are offered to members. Trainers - I signed up for training and working with Tommy. He is very knowledgeable. His mehtod is to teach you exercises you can do at home or anywhere outside of the gym. The facilities are clean. Please note (atleast for the guys) the locker room is pretty tight but the place is packed. You have an opportunity to do it right by joining this gym. Atmosphere - very busy from 5pm - 9pm. They do have a time limit during their busy times for equipment Cost - They have multiple plans ($10 per week on the website / $40 per month - you pay first and last month up front. Please note the cancellation fee - time to process. Service - Great - they do what they say the do.
