  • onI sat for over an hour to do a simple gel manicure with the gold foil that goes across....the girl just couldn't get it right kept trying to fix it over and over again by the 3rd time I just said that's enough I'm tired I have to go I can't sit here and wait forever for you to get it right. the girl who did my nails didnt know a single word of English she didn't understand anything I said .... I just said ok to whatever she said bc she just wasn't getting it... so frustrating I don't understand how they hire people who doesn't know basic English when understanding what the customers specific wants are so important. I left with my nails undone I couldn't wait anymore.... I told the guy working the counter I can't pay full price for this and he laughs in my face and says "I'm laughing bc ur demanding it". I don't know what he meant by it but he also told me I wasn't paying at all so I wasn't gonna go further with the argument. I won't be coming back
