The new manager is very nice, but after calling customer care I found out that he was trying to have me pay for new rotars when I just had them replace them last January, of course my warranty has expired after 12 months or 12,000 miles. I also had my brakes changed at the same time, why are my brake pads still at 80% and rotars shot? How long should rotars last? I have never had to replace them under 2 years. They had to of been defective or installed wrong. Well the manager told me they were not re-surfaceable, but Jasmine the customer service manager said they were and that I would have to pay to have that done. I'm so done. I also got tires from them around the time I got the rotars and brakes and found out from Discount tires that they put the wrong size tires on my Mercedes, placing larger tires on the front 2 than the back 2 and didn't rotate or balance them. I don't know what kind of amateurs they had in there when Angel was the manager there. I do not recommend anyone to EVER GO THERE! They try to make you pay for things you don't need.
