  • I have used Mark for the past few years to service and make necessary repairs to the air conditioning/heating units at our home. He has always been fair, informative, personable, and patient in questions we had. This year we decided to have both of our AC/Heater units replaced before the summer due to their age (21 yrs). Given my past experience dealing with Mark I looked no further than his company. He met with us at our home and explained all the options for us to consider and quoted us a prices within the range we were expecting to pay. By the following week he and his crew, Luke and Chad, replaced both systems and carried away the old equipment. They were very respectful of our property as well as polite and professional during the time spent at our home. We were very pleased with the work performed and the condition they left our house in. We have no regrets in our decision to use Mark and Everest Air in bringing our cooling and heating needs up to date. I highly recommend them for their professional approach in doing business.
